3W Logistics is hiring a Business Analyst.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our digital initiatives in logistics and operations. The role
focuses on understanding complex operational processes, gathering and validating business requirements, and collaborating
with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across operations, logistics, and customer
  facing teams.
• Analyze existing workflows (“as-is”), identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized future-state (“to-be”)
  processes.
• Develop clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for system development.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support data modeling, system integration, and process automation initiatives.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and recommend improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, transportation, or related domains is a plus.
• Skilled in at least 1 process modeling tools (BPMN, UML, flowcharts,…) and business documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to operational or digital transformation projects in logistics.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, customs procedures, or documentation management.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other digital operations platforms.
