– Advise and provide quotations for logistics services based on agents’ requirements; update and consult market information upon request.
– Maintain relationships, exploit and expand the agent network both within and outside agent groups. Monitor and update shipment status, handle arising issues, and coordinate with other departments to resolve problems if any.
– Guide and advise the Sales/Customer Service team in selecting strategic agents and their key service strengths.
– Propose ideas to develop and improve the agent system as well as service quality of the company.

Candidate Profile

– Final-year students from universities/colleges majoring in Import-Export, International Business, or related fields.
– Basic English reading comprehension and communication skills.
