[HCM, HN] 3W Logistics is Hiring an AIRFREIGHT SPECIALIST

Job Description

  • Contact shipping lines/shipping line agents/airline agents to check schedules and secure bookings (obtain booking confirmation).
  • Handle booking-related issues.
  • Prepare Bills of Lading (B/L) and Air Waybills (AWB), then send them to customers/agents for confirmation.
  • Prepare Master Bills of Lading and submit VGM for ocean freight shipments. For air freight shipments, monitor cargo delivery to the warehouse and coordinate with relevant departments to provide appropriate solutions for weight discrepancies.
  • Prepare AWBs and airline security screening documents.
  • Update freight rates in the system and send Debit Notes (DN) / Credit Notes (CN) to customers and agents.
  • Verify information, obtain customer confirmation, and coordinate with the accounting department for invoice issuance and accounts receivable updates.
  • Send pre-alerts and necessary instructions to overseas agents.
